One of my issues relating to PTSD is frustration over items that I have no control over.
Take for example:
I have either lost or misplaced my little Red Swiss Army Knife. It's so unique that they don't make that particular one anymore. I've looked and looked everywhere and even called a couple of places to no avail.
Why the big fuss you might ask?
I wish I knew is the answer and I'll keep on looking.
Did you ever find it? Mother called me and wanted me to research online for as similar a one as possible. Which is a challenge, since she didn't know everything you had on it.
ReplyDeleteOne other suggestion (which I personally experienced). When you check the upholstered furniture, be sure to press down (or stand on!) the edges where the arms and back connect. I found a pair of scissors (and not small ones) that I had lost years previously -- along with quite a few coins -- by doing that. Things get wedged way down there.
ReplyDeleteI have not found it yet.
ReplyDeleteThe SAK is a Classic with multiple attachments: 2 blades; scissors; tweezers; toothpick; gut hook; nail file; screwdriver.
They actually do make one with all the same tools PLUS a bottle opener.
I'll keep looking.
